I’m going to go down a different road with this pick, because I’m going to recommend a TV show instead of as movie. “Heroes“, which is on Monday nights at 8:00, really caught my eye last season with its imagination and great storylines. So what is it about? Some people around the world have noticed they are able to do things that they never thought possible, like invisibility, rapid healing, reading other’s thoughts, flying, teleportation, and more. Now the questions are…why is this happening? Why Now? How do I control it? Who else can do it? Is there a cure? Some of these questions are answered, some are not, but there is someone out there who is killing these people with special powers. His name is Sylar. There are a group of Heroes that have to come together to do one thing, “Save the cheerleader, save the world”. Season 1 is out on HD DVD and DVD, so I really recommend giving this show a try. I watched it again to see all of the things I missed the first time around and I found it to be better the second time!
