Here’s another movie sequel and one that I think they should not have made. Maybe this is because I liked the first movie so much I was expecting too much. The first Pirates of the Caribbean, was an original, exciting, and funny movie and it’s sequel, Dead Man’s Curse seemed like it was just thrown together without a plot. I didn’t really know where the movie was going. Johnny Depp reprised his role as Captain Jack Sparrow and so did Orlando Bloom (Will Turner) and Keira Knightly (Elizabeth Swann). They have already made the next sequel to Dead Man’s Chest that is suppose to have the answers. I hope so. So what do I recommend? See the first Pirates of the Caribbean if you haven’t and wait until this movie comes out on DVD, because it’s not really worth a trip to see it in theatres.
